27. International Handball Tournament
Makarska 2025.

Every year in June an International Handball tournament takes place in Makarska. Tournament that lasts 5 days June 25.-June 30.2025. gathers young male and female handball players from all countries all over the Europe.

It starts with opening ceremony on main Makarska square and ends with closing ceremony when the players and clubs are awarded with prizes for their play.

Participants of Handball Tournament 2025 in Makarska can be male and female players born,

2009/2010

2011/2012

2013/2014

Every team plays minimum 5 matches in 5 days.Matches take place 08:00-19:00. First match starts June 26. at 08:00 and last match is finished till 19:00 on June 30. Each match is play 2 x 20 mintes. All teams are required to play all matches according to the schedule regardless of the placement on the tournament. Schedule will be sent to your email address 5 days before tournament.

Arrival day must be June 25. or earlier, each team has to be on closing ceremony June 30.

Leader of each team has obligation to visit organiser June 25. in our office in sport Dome on address Europske zajednice 1, on link , to receive all instructions.

Participation fees:

1 team 140 Eur

2 teams 240 Eur

3 teams 330 Eur

4 teams 410 Eur

All participants will be provided with medical care by the organizer if necessary during the match on the field. The insurance does not cover the insurance of participants outside the sports grounds and any injuries that did not occur at the match.

Participants can be accommodated in partner hotels or in private accommodation apartments in Makarska. Also, halfboard can be organized in combination with private houses and restaurants. Our agency "Maris Travel" is sponsor and partner of tournament. We organize accommodation for tournament participants, we are licensed by tournament organiser.

You can find lot of private accommodation choice on our website that are close to the town center and to handball playgrounds.

 

Only teams who make accommodation reservation through tournament organiser and Maris Travel agency can participate in tournament.

After you choose accommodation over partners, you are directly signed in tournament.

Matches are played on open playgrounds in town Makarska. Each team participating in the cup needs to pay a fee to organizers. If you want to participate in the tournament for more information you can send mail to makarska.online@gmail.com and we will try to give you answer to asked questions.

Obligations of the team during the stay in the accommodation:
- there should be at least one coach in each house to look after the children
- before arrival it is necessary to send to the agency the schedule and names of persons in each apartment, also the contact number of the cell phone from each trainer staying in the house
- All participants are obliged to respect the house rules of the hotels and private apartments in which they are staying.

- Check in time in private apartments is from 13:00, in Hotels from 14:00. Check out time in private apartments is till 10:00, in hotels till 11:00.
- the time of arrival at the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is agreed with the restaurant the day before for the next day. Please respect the time of arrival.
- all damages incurred in apartments or hotels guests are obliged to compensate in agreement with the owner.

During the tournament, all players, coaches and parents enjoy in swimming and sunbathing on clean and beautifull Makarska beaches.

Participants can choose to attend different cultural and historical sights, one-day excursions, fish picnic, visit neighbour towns, rafting or enjoy in disco nights or in cocktail bars in great Makarska summer night life.
